Listening to employees and not micromanaging
It is a stepping stone to greater things. I have learned a great deal, but it now seems as though the company is stuck in a rut that we need to be pulled out of.
Not good. Management was disconnected and clueless with no good long term view. Very much a hire and fire company
No way to move up unless friends with boss and take him places or have him to your home
