My experience has been amazing. I can learn and grow, get constructive feedback, and the platform to showcase how I can implement that feedback and get ahead career-wise and knowledge-wise. We had a rough Q4, but I believe it made us as a company closer and more accountable.
Highly collaborative, selfless, great people outside of their roles
People are actually happy to be there and to interact. Its not fake or forced
4 weeks PTO, and being fully remote. Its kinda a bonus in itself. Im not having to spend money on gas or commuting expenses
Learning more and getting better in my role. It took me 2-3 years of interning and certifications to get this position, so I want to become my best self
My team is very helpful and outgoing and actually cares about me more than at a "we just work together" level. I have made real friends working at ChaiOne and I feel like they have my back through any problem/dilemma.
Everyone brings their own personality to the party. People feel like they can speak up about issues/concerns and the leadership team actually tries to make appropriate change. We arent one of those companies where people are scared to speak up.
Becoming more proficient in my work/deliverables. Creating an experience that our clients love and will be able to take and make their department or product better for those who use them. I love knowing that I am getting better day in and day out.
When I google/glassdoor my job title and the typical salary, I am underpaid regarding the nationwide average. I understand that I am junior level, so the experience, guidance, and learning is just as important, but ideally, you would want to close that gap as you grow in your tenure with the company
The leadership team allows you to grow in multiple ways, such as training, mentorship, and working with different seniority levels of colleagues. They will assign you a project that will push you to be better but at the same time equip you with the knowledge so you may grow and develop along the way
They give me the opportunity to grow and learn within my position, rather than hanging me out to dry. They understand the position I'm in cant be grasped in a couple of months, they build that support system to let me know I can do my job and the resources I have as well.
