The remote work is good. The flexibility around that lets me get more work done. I work with a lot of very talented people.

Communication. The key feedback for last cycle was a need for better feedback. There has been little improvement. Frequently, it can feel like things are decided for us not discussed with us.

I could talk about my experience easily and get a feel for their needs and how I might fit into those roles. Little tension in the evaluation and an ability to be genuine about topics.
