We need some real leaders in this company.
I guess they should start listening to peoples' concerns and making decisions based on them before more people that we look up to decide to quit.
Executives (if you can even call them that) don't know what they're doing, don't let their employees make any decisions for themselves, and then blame everybody but themselves when there is negative feedback about them. Grow up!
The executives in the company have short term reactive good behavior and don't have the best interests of their employees in mind when they make decisions. They react first and apologize later (sometimes) and it's gotten stale. That's why the longer-term employees are finally starting to leave.
I think Cipher does an amazing job of attracting smart, kind, and passionate people, but those people are put on the grind immediately and never have a chance to recover. I love working with my colleagues but cringe at the thought of being alone with most of our executive team.
