We have awesome coworkers. The product managers are very attentive to details and provide good specifications to our stories.
Everyone does drink the "Cipher Kool-Aid" and genuinely understands that the company has an impact on millions of patient lives. Team lunches, happy hours, etc., are a big part of the company. Rarely does leadership attend those functions.
Mission driven Team tends to jive well. It’s needed because there’s a lot of work to do.
Collaborative spirit. The team all feels like we're in this muck together and trying to either dig out of it together to see where this company goes or leave entirely. People who do leave remain good friends with the team. I bet its a huge burden lifted off of anyone who gets to leave on their own.

As we grow we might want to create a growth path for those who joined in the first years.
Executives (if you can even call them that) don't know what they're doing, don't let their employees make any decisions for themselves, and then blame everybody but themselves when there is negative feedback about them. Grow up!
