What did you like most about the interview process? That I spoke with so many different stakeholders, it really helped me get a multi-dimensional view. I also liked the presentation portion as it allowed me to showcase my talents.
What makes you most happy at work?Being with my coworkers. Seeing the positive impact of our products on our client's operations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The ability to chat with anyone to share your thoughts, feelings, and ideas. You can put time on the CEO's calendar just to get coffee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Have a clear policy for compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership is pathetic. The executive team has no formal leadership training nor experience and use psychological tactics to get under employees’ skin. All of the loyalty speak from one co-founder makes us think we’re in the Trump Admin. Ironically, he has the temperament of a 1st grader.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership has no experience in leadership roles, so it feels like they're going the direction of that day's winds. Decisions are slowly leaked out to the masses and communication is rarely straightforward. Just because you're in leadership does not mean you're a leader, they need help on this.
