
We hire a lot of first time workers. This gets frustrating at times because younger people and people only working to have something to do outside the house are not as reliable as other workers. Turnover is high. Unfortunately turnover is necessary in finding good people. I would suggest the company make a transition program for first time workers or don't penalize stores for high turnovers.
More training for the mangers and asst mangers . asst mangers wouldnt be treated like dirt . Mangers should have to work some weekends each month just so they know how there stores are doing and before you become a DM you should have to run a store for 30 to 60 days tp show them you know what you are doing,
Keep up with a strict no loitering policey, close down stores at nite that are not majorly busy at nite. Have a 8pm to 8am debit only policey to reduce robberies, the staff does not get paid enough for thier lives to be at risk.
More communication with the CEO and maybe they should be willing to take the time to visit the stores and get to know there store members and see how there business is ran
Being more balance being able to have two days off a week being able to use PTO time or sick time when needed to
More savings, bring the 10 cent discount back for multipack purchases of cigarettes.
