What CEO? Any body above you make you feel inadequate. I really hate the fact that no matter how hard you tried they only complained even about stuff you had no control over, also it would be nice if they allowed a suggestion site for employees that someone could monitor so really good ideas get applied.

No one cares about the CEO because no one truly believes the CEO cares about the employees. Maybe if they stepped in and paid more attention as to what happens in their stores, it'd improve.

The company runs very smooth except for changeovers in sales. Policies stay consistent. But each store will vary. I have not heard of any problematic stores in our district.

Not sure what others think of ceo But they need to approve on pay, sick time and pto time But maybe it’s a difference because of the owners

Keeping informed quit changing things all the time a lot of customers don't like so much change one minute they carry a product the next they dont
