
Terrible. Mgmt will spam call you until you pick up wither you're on vacation, sick or day off or it isnt time for your shift. People act like just because the store is open 24/7 employees are available 24/7. Also it is shift work so if the next shift never shows and mgmt doesn't want to come in and cover you're stuck working another shift.
Good. Hours are flexible. Getting shifts covered are fairly easy. But not a job for people who have a lot of responsibility outside of work. They will not work you to death, but do expect you to be dependable. One call out every 3 months, should be your ideal attendance.
Would be better if they allowed more people to work on each shift so the workload, customer service and employee needs ie bathroom breaks could get done. One person on each shift does not help keep the store in order for the customers and to thier standards ????
For the most part it's really good. There are times when you're scheduled alot or called in alot but this is mainly a part-time job.
they could care less if you have a family life they just care if there is a body running the store at all times
They don't care if you get hit by a train. Better be at work today.
