It's been a while but I mostly enjoyed how everyone was genuinely engaged.
I feel like our VPs and C-level leadership team are accessible and are in tune with most of everything we're doing.
Everyone is respectful and mindful of the work/life balance. We know how hard everyone works so we also respect the time that people have in their personal lives.
The "match" on the 403B is a great portion of the compensation plan. We don't get paid the industry standard being that it's a not for profit but the 12.5% really helps with that.
Everyone has a willingness to tackle whatever adversity comes our way. There are countless stories of people calling in while on vacation or helping out in an area that isn't necessarily their own. They do this not because it's expected or asked of them but because they have a high character.
