I appreciate the vision, humility, and generosity of the owners / leaders. They have their eye on the horizon and their feet on the ground.

I don't know what I would rate as best. My salary has increased through the years and benefits like the 401K and life insurance have been added since I have been here.

I met with the person who would be my direct supervisor as well as the owner of the company. The leaders try to meet every new hire at some point in the interview process.

It is fun to spend time with people who take pride in their work and who share common values. I enjoy solving problems, creating things, and finding the last piece to the puzzle. I think our company culture nurtures these good things.

We get along well and I work with very smart and capable people. It is a relaxed atmosphere where you can strike up a conversation with anyone. When I am in a meeting and subjects branch out so people talk about their role and expertise -- it is amazing.
