The thing I love the most is getting to work on complex problems with the freedom to implement creative solutions.
I am putting 10’s on all of these ratings because, while no one is perfect, there is a commitment across the company to learning and continuing to improv
Everyone is focused on doing good work. The culture is collaborative and supportive. There can be arguments, but they seem to always be about how best to do things, not about personal conflict.
Again, no one is perfect, but I love our team atmosphere and the willingness to always look for ways to improve. We actually just had a really fun meeting last week that had a team building component that I really enjoyed.
Flexibility is probably the most important thing for me. My position as a software developer makes that a little bit easier, but I know the company as a whole wants to be as flexible as possible to allow employees to manage work/home life.
My interview process was years ago. Now I participate in the interview process. I do not really look forward to doing them, but then I always seem to enjoy them. I think that is because they are kind spirited, and we really just focus on getting to know the person who is applying.
