The interviews felt relaxed. They wanted to get to know me and figure out who I was and what I wanted to do in the IT field. It felt personable while still being structured.

They push you to better yourself by learning more about the job and getting certification. They want us to be the best support for our customers and provide the resources and training to do just that.
