The interview process is pretty long. The first contact is with someone on the Talent Management team (HR) who goes over the position and team as well as the company (typical first contact call). Then your resume is forwarded to the team who will look at it and call you if they're interested. This usually means going over your skills and doing some basic programming tests over the phone (just basic things). If you pass that, they ask you to come in and everyone from the team will interview you. There's whiteboarding, personality questions, etc. Nothing too crazy, but pretty deep.
Several live and phone interviews with different people, depending on the job role, including IT solution demos and presentations. The interview process includes HireRight, a research agency for jobs and salary. It is quite questionable, how deep they dig and if all is in accordance with data protection rules.
