Absolutely. Cornerstone is dedicated to providing training to all employees, in various roles and at all levels. This is the core of their message to their clients and they live it every day with their own employees. I have been working now for many years (>25) and this is the BEST employer for training and development in my long work experience.

Cornerstone is all about education (it's an education company afterall). Tons of courses on the intranet (aka DogFood) and sponsored continued education.
