Upper management treatment of its people.
Overall positive but getting very difficult
The retirement plan is amazing.
I've worked with this company for over a decade. The company used to have wonderful benefits and cared about the employees. Now since the company has gone public, the executives and shareholders hold the power. They're only worried about lining each of their own pockets with $150k raises or more.
I have worked at this company for more than 10 years. Employee benefits are cut every year, but bonuses are payed out to C-Level for financial improvements. C-Level pay and bonuses are public records and can easily be found. Employees are not appreciated for their work or devotion to the company.
