
It is never appreciated and does n't have interactive meetings with the entire company. It always focuses on how to reduce the headcount.
I understand the crossover has some rules about the promotion. But those are almost useless. They don't help anybody to get promoted. It treats the new guys a great and existing employees as poor.
There are less people always and more jobs. Hence it is impossible to find free time. hence it less boring. But it also causes delays in responses which would put things go in slow mode quite a few times.
Their focus is always to leverage the best value out of Central services. The focus should be more on serving the customers and retain them the best possible. But this is a private company which runs based on investors rules. So, I understand. BU should have the demanding power instead of Central.
