The team is respectful, hardworking, helpful, knowledgeable and really fund guys to work with

the interviewers were respectful, jovial, knowledgeable. They made the process pleasant, even though all the interviews took place online. It was also nice that the questions focussed not just on my knowledge base but also geared towards finding out who I am as a person in general.

I have not yet been paid. However, from what is stated in my contract, especially given the rising cost of living here in Frankfurt, I am happy that I will be compensated in such a way that I can take care of my family and save for the future.

Working with guys who also love what they are doing and are always trying to find ways of making things even more efficient. Additionally, its nice to feel like we are not competing with each other but pushing each other to do our best, so we can grow together

That we work for quality and not just quantity. This means there is no stress which can result in massive mistakes. Naturally, there are deadlines to be met; but since the focus is on having a good end product this is what matters most. I like this kind of environments

I like that we have meetings at the end of the workday (beginning of thee workday from them); and, the atmosphere in these meetings is one which makes everyone (my impression, since I feel this way as well), that everyone, no matter his or her position, is important; as is what s/he has to share.
