Overall I have never worked for a company where I have felt more appreciated or supported. The work life balance is excellent and the goals fit SMART criteria. I appreciate knowing that I can log off at the end of the day/ week and that the company does not "own" 100% of my time.
Flexible hours and bonus structure
They will often adapt as needed to ensure that our team is getting the support it needs.
Interpersonal relationship skills as well as the quality of work that our project managers are putting out.
All of the benefits are outstanding but the health benefits, and the bonus structure are the major standouts. The overall benefits package is better than anywhere I've seen.
The team is all very supportive and there is not the normal backbiting or pitting one another against each other that is so often seen in sales environments.
I feel accomplished throughout my day and genuinely enjoy interacting with my coworkers via slack as well as my clients. I enjoy helping clients secure a greater list price and or a decreased time on market.
The overall compensation package is excellent and the medical and leave benefits are very appreciated and are incredibly competitive. I would like to see the base be increased to reflect the inflation rates/ cost of living increases that are occurring.
That I have a team, and more specifically a manager who clearly wants me to thrive and be successful. Even more importantly he understands that people achieve that through different processes and he encourages people to find what works best for them.
My team is incredibly inclusive and very supportive. We celebrate each other's successes and despite this being very much a sales job it does not feel as though we are ever competing against each other but rather we are all working together to be as successful as possible.
The culture is incredibly positive and driven. The team helps encourage you to do your best and truly celebrates the successes of each other. My manager is truly a part of the team and will do all he can to ensure the success of each of his team members.
The culture and environment is one where they genuinely treat us all as adults. There is not a micromanagement or a feeling of someone always looking over your shoulder ready to criticize. There is a lot of availability to bounce ideas off of each other in order to reach success.
The team leadership is incredibly understanding as well as encouraging. They want you to focus not only on your numbers but also how to improve you as a salesperson/as a team member. There is not the micromanaging that is so frequently seen at other companies and as such I feel that I am thriving.
Hands down my direct manager is the best one I have ever worked for (David). The care that is exhibited by David as well as the others on our leadership team shows that they are not only committed to the dollars and cents of the company but also to the individuals who help make those dollars.
