
There is no culture on the operations side
DTO is a great benefit
They are fun and bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the team
Need to focus less on Sales and Marketing and take care of Operations which is literally customer facing and the customer experience
Need to pour into Operations and the technology to support the Operations team. They hire people with incredible ideas and experience but will not utilize them for what they hired them to do. They also hire people who have no experience or knowledge at all and there is no direction or training
