Team leader has to be a leader first!
It doesn't match the industry standards!
Need to hire more educated people.
Manager and CEO both has to be changed.
Need to revamp entire company.
Hire some people with actual skills to rate others!
No bonuses with mere salary given to employees, which are also doesn't match market salary.
lots of micro management that turns into tiresome meddling & wastes time, lowers overall morale/effectiveness. Too much talking about improvements not enough action. CEO very kind but acts cheap, wants a massive discount but wants top level products/employees at costs that are too low to acquire
