
The daily pressure to push flu shots, surveys, auto refills, 90 days scripts and constant emails from corporate about hitting your "numbers" is a bit much. How about we go back to patient care and not think of them as a cash cow.
The corporation does a good job at promoting it's agenda. Better health for it's customers. They quit selling tabacco products and have been taking about removing impulse candy at check out. We are also customer satisfaction driven. Overall they are on track.
There are a lot of "verbal" policies that aren't well documented, but are inconsistently followed. These need to be officially documented and implemented.
Forget micromanaging employees - it doesn't work - studies have proven it time and again.
