
Awful, I never see my wife. I'm a lead tech and besides myself there is one other tech with more than a year experience, I myself have 5. Since CVS only allows me 8 hours for training new hires they basically don't know how to do most of the job. It takes time to learn how to do things. The end result of this is that I end up doing all the tasks all of inventory, insurances etc...New techs never get better because at a busy store like mine you have to rush doing 500 RXs a day so there's never time to go slow and show people anything.
When volume is high they expect your life to be devoted to CVS. When volume is low they don't give you enough working hours to pay your bills.
