This company should be investigated for how they handled their employees especially when it comes to vacation pto. Really it shouldn’t even be called vacation because anytime you use it then it goes into the negative unless you wait until the middle of the year or later. If you leave even if you haven’t used all the pto if it’s in the negative then they take it out of your last check. Then there is no emergency use for pto so if you need to use it right then you can’t

Awful. If you get lucky enough to get FT you get your vacation hours based on the hours you work and time with the company. I've been with them 4 1/2 years and the 2017 calendar year I had 70 hours. You need to put in for vacation 6 weeks in advance and if you can't find anyone to cover they will deny it. You also can't put in for any vacation for the rest of the year after October 1st.

Horrible. You can only take off the amount of vacation time and you aren't allowed to take any extra time off unpaid to supplement the paid time off. I could understand having a limit on the amount of unpaid time off an employee could take in a year, but to completely forbid it and not let it be an option is a pretty hostile attitude

After your probation period you get a week vacation. You get it up front then earn your time throughout the year. If you leave before you've earned any vacation time you've used them deduct it from your last paycheck and any earned that was not used they pay for. 2 yrs =2 weeks. 5 yrs =3 weeks 10yrs 4weeks. I believe.

Pretty good, I have over 120 paid time off, could use this and take 3 straight weeks off. Also have 24 hours of personal holiday hours, and 80 hours of vacation pay. Not sure what everyone else’s situation is but I’ve been with cvs for 4 years and have a lot of vacation and never have they denied me.

Terrible. They give you an allotted amount of PTO/vacation time based on years of service and then when you request time off you are denied that time due to business needs. You are only allowed to roll over a limited amount of PTO/vacation time and then you end up losing the rest.
