The basic run of the mill types of questions. Your flaws, strengths etc. they do have a computer based "morals test" that is very easy to pass aka don't answer that you'll steal things but some questions are poorly worded and could potentially have two answers if you don't pay close attention. If your not paying attention to the wording and accidentally input the incorrect answer that's it your done. The job offer is automatically withdrawn and you can't reapply for a year. There is nothing your potentially new manager can do. That's it try again in a year.

They prefer the STAR method. So lots of, Name a time XYZ happened and how did you handle it, or what action did you take, or how did you respond?
