
I would show my techs and interns that I value them. Certified techs are skilled at what they do and many have years of experience, so to pay them only a dollar or two more than a totally inexperienced tech is shameful. Even worse is the policy to pay experienced, loyal interns LESS than new hires.
Give the stores enough labor to run the stores and pharmacies. One person most of the day isnt a good mix for good customer service
