Just give it some time to get used to how things work. Just remember that it is a major company and we sometimes don’t always understand why decisions are done the way they’re done, but just get past the 3 to 6 month mark and you’ll know if you love it or hate it. I’ve been here for six years and I’ve loved it right off the bat, with the exception of a few things. But since I’ve been working from home the job is amazing I wouldn’t trade it for anything
