The pay is very low compared to what I do. Management receives a bonus every year, techs and cashiers don't we do most of the work

I've been with the company for almost 20 years. Been through 3 min wage changes and not once every compensated and 2% raises is nothing

No raises No breaks. Short staffed. All about metrics. They don't care about the employees in the store dealing directly with the public.
