
They pay very well initially when you start. They did not ask what I was making at my last job. They seemed more worried that my golf game was better than theirs. They offered me a surprising 19.3% increase over my previous salary. Raises after that fell into the rigid corporate "below/above mid range" "pay scale restrictions" that ignored outstanding personal accomplishments on the job.
Excellent salary at the start. Raises are linked to an artificial above/below, mid-range salary construct that has nothing to do with rewarding excellent personal performance. That's why I left. Bonuses also geared toward company performance not personal performance. Again, that's why I left.
