Good intentions, full of themselves
Very Helpful and knowledgeable Team.
agile, empathetic and caring people
Personable, motivating, enjoyable to interact with.
Approachable and personable, very willing to meet others and speak with employees at all levels.
New production manager that cares about getting production out
Communicating and attitude needs to improve.
Schedule, communication, management, and the way they treat employees
communication, putting resources at work, more training for those who need it, everyone, safety
Not yelling so loud. "Training is a too much to explain" response. The HR department is funny about asking for help and the myself service sight doesn't work asking for help is thrown out like it's pointless time to take initiative.
the way they handled my financial needs
Dana offers affordable insurance and a great work life balance
high base salary keeps me coming back for more. bonuses aren't guaranteed as margins are small and the difference between a bad year okay year and great year is all small
Perks and pto pretty much everything
Medical, dental and vision plan
Match my 401k and better insurance
Its fine and mid market likely but rhay dont reward performers
skilled traded are under paid for the work on the machinery to keep it running after management circles a no pm program
Being paid on time, like everyone else. Issues being handled more directly
Because the negative vibes I got from people. Conversation and hostility. Should make a million off of the people that have to tolerate that type of leadership. It's wrong
my coworkers are great to wo
Collaborive and aupprtuve of eachother and heloful and friendlg
Hard working and get along with eachother
The entire team can work productively without much pressure from management
We are very in tune to one another. We're more like a family. We all get along and we're better employees because of our concern for this team and this company
Collaborate, listen to other viewpoints
We need to start having plant meetings again to discuss some of these issues!
They are not helpful when your new and need assistance they just do it for you. They give you the answers but it's all tossed in and fake
How to keep there hands to them self
Training, following rules, alerting people when machines arent proceeding properly, instead of hoping for major damage so they can go home.
i like to work its a job
Coworkers are great and collaborice
professionalism, dignity of individual and respect
The coworkers are very hands on and attentive
A break is if your not harrassed for being a moment late from a bathroom break or taking the time to tie your shoe. Or take the picture.
Managers that know how to manage
Everthng in the buliding or new management
Less mandatory overtime and long hours.
Management needs to be more envolved with what is happening on the floor and get safety back to being the number one goal.
Better pay, better treatment of employers, less overtime
Mine was quick, others is too lengthy
Met the team dueing interview
balanced technical and soft skill questions
The interviewer was very positive.
getting to come on sight and see the facilities I feel like that is always helpful when evaluating where you'd like to work.
Nothing. My interview was fine.
Ask questions that actually relate to the job
You don't interview in Toledo. You jsi have people show up and don't even tell them there supervisor or anything or meetings before shifts I was lost the moment I got there both times. And I got let go both times over a bathroom break
Not much besides warn african americans that whites only are allowed
Treat the employees alot better
Autonomy, parking, sunshine and the pond
getting production out the door
I love the overtime schedule
When no one gets injured or hurt
Working steady and properly paid
Stop pushing for more more more allow employees and team leads show ceo appreciates records being reached as well as doing great. Employees feel not appreciated they dont give anymore. Theres nothing they are working towards except making hirer up richer and the bills being paid .
no training to get rid of the scrap rate, more quality personnel, more process people for the off shifts, more people that are qualified
The supervisors are disrespectful and the team leads are impatient. No tolerance for new hires and one mistake will cost you a position at the Toledo plant.
I explained it. I'm not going to work for a company that hasn't paid me and is stalking haunting and hating and harassing over minor details with new employee. Strict is strict harassment is harrassment
Management needs to do more work
Policies , procedures and digital systems
Great place to work and retire from, which I did 3 years ago.
Transparency, not used just as a buzz-word
Fair pay for employees and temps
Patent award dinner. Special project bonus award over and above.
