What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing. My interview was fine.
Ask questions that actually relate to the job
You don't interview in Toledo. You jsi have people show up and don't even tell them there supervisor or anything or meetings before shifts I was lost the moment I got there both times. And I got let go both times over a bathroom break
Not much besides warn african americans that whites only are allowed
Treat the employees alot better
Multiple interviews after initial hiring were never followed up when I was not selected for a position. No response at all.
