Good intentions, full of themselves

Very Helpful and knowledgeable Team.

agile, empathetic and caring people

Personable, motivating, enjoyable to interact with.

Approachable and personable, very willing to meet others and speak with employees at all levels.

Keep re inventing the wheels ...

The comunication and decisions about the business

They are good and descent people.

Review from Operations Dept

Very blunt and direct with assertive communication

From the CEO down, management cares about its employees

Review from Operations Dept

They push hard for results

Teamwork makes the dream work

Need to able to hold people accountable for their work ethics

She tells us what's going on and when we are changing over.

Disorganized. Lack of follow through. Hyper focused on small issues without looking at the bigger picture.

Review from Engineering Dept

Detailed and frequent communication. Executives are making very good strategic company acquisitions relative to E mobility.

Review from Engineering Dept

It lacks good leadership, but the "working " team is great

Review from Engineering Dept

They try to make things better for us

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

How they listen and try to do the best to help employees

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

New production manager that cares about getting production out

Communicating and attitude needs to improve.

Schedule, communication, management, and the way they treat employees

communication, putting resources at work, more training for those who need it, everyone, safety

Not yelling so loud. "Training is a too much to explain" response. The HR department is funny about asking for help and the myself service sight doesn't work asking for help is thrown out like it's pointless time to take initiative.

Being Fair and not playing the favoritism game

Doing their job my team lazy

They worked based on their feelings towards people. They should be more professional

Safety, enforcing their floor policies, maintaining equipment.

Leadership, Respect, communication, attitude, personnel support.

They need to be better at communicating. They also need to be able to react to changes in the environment to remain competitive in their industry.

Better training and more into knowing what’s going

Need a clear view on long term viability not short term EBIT goals! Industry is changing fast and they dont wait for metal assembly to show the future. Mobility is changing dramiatically and I did not see a real move towards digital future. On the contrary, budgets in that field are cut first.

Keeping morale up. Not focusing on the negative

At talking to their employees and understanding machine faults. They need to treat work injury seriously and they need to learn how the machines operate. Training MUST be improved before this company is forced to go under.
