The entire team can work productively without much pressure from management
We are very in tune to one another. We're more like a family. We all get along and we're better employees because of our concern for this team and this company
communication between workers, but not all thought the shifts

The floor employees work great together, we have learned to make the best out of each day even with the continued harassment from supervisors/managers.
Well if they didn't take long lunches and breaks it would be alright to work with them
Most are helpful where possible
We group together to solve daily issues along with preventing quality and safety issues.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaborate, listen to other viewpoints
We need to start having plant meetings again to discuss some of these issues!
They are not helpful when your new and need assistance they just do it for you. They give you the answers but it's all tossed in and fake
How to keep there hands to them self
Training, following rules, alerting people when machines arent proceeding properly, instead of hoping for major damage so they can go home.
Fewer meetings and more opportunity to actually work
