i like to work its a job
Coworkers are great and collaborice
professionalism, dignity of individual and respect
The coworkers are very hands on and attentive
A break is if your not harrassed for being a moment late from a bathroom break or taking the time to tie your shoe. Or take the picture.
Good comoraderie across all levels
The fact that its a job.
It seems like they care about their worker's.
Cannot find much to be positive about.
The experienced members are used for ideas and implementation when changes are made in my area.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers that know how to manage
Everthng in the buliding or new management
Less mandatory overtime and long hours.
Management needs to be more envolved with what is happening on the floor and get safety back to being the number one goal.
Better pay, better treatment of employers, less overtime
Management needs to appreciate employees more. We feel let down by wages, communication, and the lack of hiring.
First would be a more cooperative/transparent localized management. Second would be the employee attitudes.
Think about the employees and they will take care about the customers. Dana does the opposite!
Morale needs to be addressed. Culture is very negative from management
