How flexible is your work schedule at David's Bridal?

Pretty flexible for the most part. It's easy to switch shifts if you need to. They do keep you on the same schedule for the most part- weekends (at least Saturdays) are usually required as they are the busiest times. They do ask to not request off from January-May as that is a super busy Bridal Christmas season. However, if you have an already planned vacation going into the interview they will honor that. You just have to request off 4 weeks in advance- and it's helpful to remind your scheduling manager ahead of time if you are taking a vacation or it you are having a change in availability.
