  • People who aren't afraid of dealing with hard customer situations; who don't let difficult customers get to them. Yes, this is often a happy workplace; but it is also very stressful-someone can't get the dress she wants because we don't have time to order her size, someone's bridesmaid waited until last minute and her dress won't arrive with time for alterations, etc. It's not uncommon (as a consultant or csr) to have customers take their problems out on you. Sometimes they yell at you over the phone- or in person. Someone who can handle these types of situations with grace and understanding is likely to succeed.

  • Pretty flexible for the most part. It's easy to switch shifts if you need to. They do keep you on the same schedule for the most part- weekends (at least Saturdays) are usually required as they are the busiest times. They do ask to not request off from January-May as that is a super busy Bridal Christmas season. However, if you have an already planned vacation going into the interview they will honor that. You just have to request off 4 weeks in advance- and it's helpful to remind your scheduling manager ahead of time if you are taking a vacation or it you are having a change in availability.

  • It's pretty good. The only thing I find difficult is that the rest of my family has weekends off while I do not, but you can always set different availability if you need more family time.

  • To be honest our managers don't often give much feedback. One does fairly regularly-like mention general things our csr's should work on and pointing out what individuals are good at. They willprovide feedback if asked but again, don't really offer it much

  • declining. there are lots of rumors of it closing which brings some unease. In this location particularly there is high turnover which is ausing a lot of problems with morale. It used to be pretty good but now I feel a sence of discontent from most co-workers and many are looking for other employment.

    Yes to background check. I did not have to do a drug test, but I am not sure if certain positions may require it.
