
People who aren't afraid of dealing with hard customer situations; who don't let difficult customers get to them. Yes, this is often a happy workplace; but it is also very stressful-someone can't get the dress she wants because we don't have time to order her size, someone's bridesmaid waited until last minute and her dress won't arrive with time for alterations, etc. It's not uncommon (as a consultant or csr) to have customers take their problems out on you. Sometimes they yell at you over the phone- or in person. Someone who can handle these types of situations with grace and understanding is likely to succeed.
