The production department has various leaders. The Production Manager is incredibly intelligent and fun, but a bit unorganized. If you can adapt quickly (I mean VERY quickly) to constant change, you’ll love it. If you are a creature of habit and expect the structure to be solid and spelled out for you, this will not be the right fit. It also really depends on which department you’re in, within the team. Being comfortable with voicing your ideas/reservations is also a huge advantage.
Agravise at meeting monthly quota. Reckless at active listening to their representatives. Small company with huge potential, which triggers favoritism, not base on performance nor seniority of their representatives but how well you befriend your manager/leader.
