listen to feedback and are generally open to try new ideas
They aren't looking over my shoulder 100% of the time. They trust me to do my work if I provide results.
I wish the execs (especially CEO) were more involved/inspiring. They are at the office daily, but rarely interact with hourly employees.
Review from Product Dept
Managers are easy to talk to and extremely resourceful.
Very proactive! always involved from your training all the way to your first project assignment. Always available when need it.
Review from Product Dept
Transparency is non existent, there is a lot of secrets, I think increasing morale is important, and providing feedback more than once a yea
Being more strategic with how we utilize our resources and proactive about keeping our procedures up to date.
Interact with the staff - say hello, make eye contact, engage in conversation
Review from Product Dept
Positive encouragement is non existent / disingenuous here. The numbers are all that matters here, that is abundantly clear.

Bonuses are nice
Review from Product Dept
Very competitive!

If you work hard, you are paid well. Our benefits package is great too!
The commission structure allows for uncapped potential
Review from Sales Dept
The Commission is very aggressive.
Review from Sales Dept
its a niche product and i just wish the pay was better especially for people outside de US
Pay is below industry average, but most new hires are young and without a related degree, so they have nothing to compare to.
Review from Product Dept
Pay is low, however almost all positions are designed to only keep people one to two years total.
Work load does not correlate with pay, high expectations with little incentive.
It's pretty open knowledge that we don't really get paid competitively, this place is positioning itself as a stepping stone.
Review from Product Dept
theyre always available to lend a hand
Easy to work with.
Always supportive, I've witnessed coworkers drop whatever they are doing to help you understand or accomplish what you are working on!
Review from Product Dept
Most people here are hard working and excited to be here.
A variety of experiences coming together, teaching each other what we know/can and supporting each other as much as any desk jockey can.
Review from Product Dept
This is not high school and you are replaceable, no matter how amazing you think you are. Also, don't be the type of person who causes unnecessary distractions. This is a workplace. Yes, it's relaxed compared to others, but there still needs to be some level of professionalism among entry level coworkers. The leadership team needs to step up and lead by example in order for entry level associates to know what the expectations are. At the same time, we are all adults and should know how to behave as such.
Review from Product Dept
There is little to no communication with the company and employees on changes. Managers are not tracking performance/quality besides numbers
General professionalism / competency of the average person here is low. Turnover is EXTREMELY high. Why bother making friends anymore?
Review from Product Dept
they allow you the freedom to work and no micro managiing
It can be really fun and the clients are pretty cool, but the cliques and drama need to stop among employees.
Review from Product Dept
Young and fun. This can have a negative effect at moments.
Everyone is willing to help. We have a ~positive board~ where people drop positive encouraging messages. ?
Review from Product Dept
Most people get along and have fun while working hard.
Provide employees with adequate desk space so it doesn't feel like being in a petri-dish. Allow more flexible hours and work from home.
Review from Product Dept
they are excited to get to know your strenghts and what you can bring to the team

the clear growth path. pay could be better
The clients (most of them) are so much fun to interact with.
Review from Product Dept
Having the sense of ownership
It is constantly shifting every day. It is fun and challenging!
Review from Product Dept
Our work is so much better than our competitors it's unbelievable. And I like my co-workers.
Work load is high. Easy to stress about work outside of work.
Optional flex schedules, option of four tens or working from home would improve things dramatically. \nWe aren't a crisis hotline.
Review from Product Dept
Not having industry specific tools, templates and designated employees createds a lot of man power that could be automated and more acurate
See previous regarding management and lack of engagement with staff
Review from Product Dept
Feels like a factory to me where "its the next person up" mentality. Don't feel valued, don't feel heard.
