What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?This is not high school and you are replaceable, no matter how amazing you think you are. Also, don't be the type of person who causes unnecessary distractions. This is a workplace. Yes, it's relaxed compared to others, but there still needs to be some level of professionalism among entry level coworkers. The leadership team needs to step up and lead by example in order for entry level associates to know what the expectations are. At the same time, we are all adults and should know how to behave as such.
