its a niche product and i just wish the pay was better especially for people outside de US

Pay is below industry average, but most new hires are young and without a related degree, so they have nothing to compare to.

Pay is low, however almost all positions are designed to only keep people one to two years total.

Work load does not correlate with pay, high expectations with little incentive.

It's pretty open knowledge that we don't really get paid competitively, this place is positioning itself as a stepping stone.
