How much diversity is there among employees at Dealer Spike?

It depends on the department. The sales department is about 98% male. There are actually a decent number of females in management, which is refreshing. The company is not very diverse when it comes to race. It’s a lot of hipsters and bros. The exec team is in the office, but not really approachable.

Diversity is high but, more aggressive. In a regular company set up, racial slurs are often diminished when reported to human resources. Here you will hear inappropriate jokes, racial slurs left and right with very little intervention.
