What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Dealer Spike?

I wish I knew the company offers no structural training, I wish I knew the type of software/tools available to you. 75% of time-critical tools needed to perform your job duties are often broken. and the company does not seem to invest in tools to increase the proficiency of their reps; instead, they use free software available to the public. To conclude, I wish I knew how unorganized their information resources are currently set to.

A better job description would have been nice. It’s been updated and made much more transparent since I was hired. Also, the non-compete clause should be explained better.
