
Not having industry specific tools, templates and designated employees createds a lot of man power that could be automated and more acurate
Optional flex schedules, option of four tens or working from home would improve things dramatically. We aren't a crisis hotline.
Feels like a factory to me where "its the next person up" mentality. Don't feel valued, don't feel heard.
Work load is high. Easy to stress about work outside of work.
