Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have been so impressed with how caring and thoughtful everyone is here. From the CEO who regularly meets with employees one on one to learn more about them to the co-workers who spend time teaching you something new or asking how your family is. There is so much love and care for people!

What did you like most about the interview process?

How personable it was. It was not rigid and felt personalized to me.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing everyone! Being together and sharing ideas is great and knowing that I have the support and encouragement to contribute at that level is so rewarding.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The collaboration is unreal! Everyone at all levels want to help set each other up for success. My team works hard to support one another no matter the role or task.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The physical space is welcoming and warm. Beer on tap and food all around. People are accepted for who they are and are able to bring their true self to work without fear of judgement.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that my ideas are wanted, heard, and supported. Feeling the value that is put into caring for people, and seeing how each team member is celebrated and recognized is what I enjoy the most.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is approachable. From the CEO to the VP's. They all care not only about the company but more importantly, about the people. Their actions match their words and they put intentional value in treating everyone with respect.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company offers unlimited PTO and actually encourages people use it! Not just a flashy trend here. They value employees and their families and encourage people to take much needed time away. They also offer a sabbatical program where employees can take up to 6 weeks off paid.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How much they empower you in your role. Everyone is able to contribute and share ideas to move the company forward. It is a place where employees are encouraged to be innovative and there are awards to acknowledge those who come up with new and better ways of doing things.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People are kind and thoughtful here. They want to know your families names and value the work you do through small and thoughtful ways. It is the kind of place where people value one another and I appreciate knowing I have such a strong support network here to help during peak workload days.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They are ever evolving! We have unlimited PTO, $1k company contribution in our HSA/FSA and a sabbatical where the company pays for 6 weeks of time off so you can volunteer or travel. It seems like the company is always looking for new ways to take care of us and welcomes our feedback on benefits.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone cares about you as a person. They take time to get to know you and are there to support you. I have worked a few places where it was all about the work you did. It's refreshing to be somewhere that accepts who you are, celebrates who you are, and cares for your whole person.
