If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at SelfScore?

Lean. Everything about our business is lean. What other companies do with teams of 20, we're doing with one or two. The culture is improving steadily. We don't have all the fancy perks of Gacebook or Foogle, but we're starting to see some more investment in our office space and company culture.
