Management needs to stop putting your job on the line as a threat
Accepting people’s differences and allowing them to bring their own unique talents to the script
Management is very pushy and negative, it can be better by not emphasizing the bad days and downplaying the good days
My team is very good however the job puts us against each other by forcing us to increase and focus on sales.
