Your whole company needs to do better
The customer service is terible and after 6 months, no product, no refund , poor followup.
Update website with all products again. Service is terrible and never holds to their word. Said to have pricing in two days and still waiting for it. I have to continue to call back and complain for updates. This could be all resolved if you utilize your website like you should.
