The manager for the Membership team is very much a micro manager. She must have her hand in everything.

The pay is very good for working in a call center setting.
I feel that the model for the call center is very flawed the script allows for under qualified people to attend the meeting which affects your sales numbers, what would make the position better would be if the position wasn’t quota based
