Stop being so cheap. Care about your employees. If they are happy, it will show in their performance. Incentives, bonuses, more recognition
Employees can voice their needs without feeling threatened they could lose their jobs more appreciation towards employees without good quality production there wouldn't be a a quality firm
Supplies are of cheap quality. No extras towards staff. Kitchens are not stocked with snacks and sodas. There is no encouragement from upper management. There is a dividedness present.
